Jaime Duggan has chosen to pursue a legal career because she believes all people have a right to effective, affordable and principled legal counsel. She began her legal career at the Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, Law Clinic and Legal Aid of Northwest Texas in Fort Worth. Working with these organizations allowed her the invaluable opportunity to vigorously represent those individuals who do not posses the financial means to hire a private attorney.
Jaime was raised in Southern California, attended Azusa Pacific University and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Following college, Jaime sold real estate in Los Angeles, California before deciding to attend law school.
Choosing to attend law school in Fort Worth, Texas at Texas Wesleyan University School of Law has provided many great opportunities. Jaime has been given the chance to learn about and enjoy Texas culture. Texas has been a wonderful place to live and enjoy life.
Jaime has opened her firm in Dallas. She believes in helping all people protect the things they work so hard for everyday – themselves, their family and their assets. Her practice focuses primarily on family law concerns, estate planning and probate, and civil litigation.
